About Our Services
Our DWI-Criminal Case lawyer does not provide law services for juveniles, but we will refer you to experienced attorneys who specialize in that arena. Generally, we handle cases within Harris County and its surrounding counties. However, our DWI lawyer accepts cases out of the normal service area, but there are substantial, one-time travel fees in addition to our regular fees.

1. For CDL HOLDERS a new safety enforcement regime is coming. The DoT and FMCSA are taking direct control of the process and are instituting the personal compliance review (and possible monetary penalty) policies they have talked about for the last 7 years. Send me an e-mail and we can discuss how this will affect you.
2. The "changes" at the City of Houston Municipal Courts merely show how coercive and inefficient they already were. The new mayor and her new presiding judge haven't made ANY material changes to how things are done down there, her proclamations to the contrary not withstanding. Send me an e-mail and we can share what this means for how we will approach a trip down there. They are still putting the screws to you any way they can to get money out of your wallet and into theirs. And they are doing it shamelessly. Hopefully their improper policies will backfire on them, and drastically cut their revenue stream.
3. Pre-Trial Diversion at Harris County Criminal Court(s) for DWI cases has been a resounding flop, so far. It may not even be legal, and so many of the Courts are not even participating. If you are offered that disposition, bear in mind that it includes a vast minefield of ways to fail. Talk to me, so you don't go into the process with unrealistic expectations, or set yourself up for a fall.
